Deite no fundo de uma forma de fundo amov\u00edvel forrada com pel\u00edcula aderente. Corte as rodelas de anan\u00e1s em bocados e espalhe pela gelatina. Leve ao frio at\u00e9 solidificar.<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto ponha as folhas de gelatina em \u00e1gua fria a hidratar. Coloque o leite de coco ao lume e deixe amornar. Deite o a\u00e7\u00facar e o coco ralado no leite. Junte tamb\u00e9m as folhas de gelatina j\u00e1 hidratadas e mexa bem para se desfazerem.
