Numa bacia, misturar os ovos com o a\u00e7\u00facar, juntar a farinha maizena peneirada e por fim as natas e misturar novamente. Verter o leite quente, pouco a pouco, sem parar de mexer com a vara de arames. Levar ao lume at\u00e9 engrossar, mexendo sempre com uma vara de arames. Reservar o creme num recipiente e colocar pel\u00edcula aderente por cima para n\u00e3o criar crosta.
