Junte as natas, previamente aquecidas, com muito cuidado, pois vai salpicar. Retire do lume e junte a manteiga fria. Reserve 100 gr do caramelo e junte o leite ao restante, deixando levantar fervura para misturar bem.<br \/>\nSepare as gemas das claras. Bata as gemas com a manteiga derretida. Junte a farinha, o sal, e gradualmente o leite com o caramelo, mexendo sempre.<br \/>\nBata as claras em castelo a com a ajuda de uma vara de arames junte ao preparado. Deite a massa na forma, alise com a ajuda de uma faca e leve a cozer durante 55 minutos a 150\u00ba.<br \/>\nQuando retirar do forno ainda n\u00e3o estar\u00e1 100% cozido. Deixe arrefecer e leve ao frigor\u00edfico de um dia para o outro.
