Juntar o a\u00e7\u00facar e mexer bem. De seguida junte as gemas uma a uma, e no fim alternar o sumo e a f\u00e9cula, fermento e farinha peneirados.<\/p>\n<p>Levar a cozer durante cerca de 1 hora. Depois desenformar e deixar arrefecer. Corte o bolo a meio e recheie com compota. Eu optei pela compota de mirtilo que ainda tinha pois tinha-me sobrado do Semifrio de Mirtilo. Coloquei tamb\u00e9m alguns mirtilos no recheio para dar um pouco mais de textura \u00e0 compota. Colocar a outra metade do bolo por cima. Fazer o chantilly e barrar o bolo.
