Leve ao frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Ferva o a\u00e7\u00facar com a \u00e1gua durante 5 minutos at\u00e9 obter ponto de pasta. Retire do lume e junte a manteiga. Deixe arrefecer, mas tenha em aten\u00e7\u00e3o de ir mexendo para n\u00e3o ficar em pedra.<\/p>\n<p>Batas as gemas e a clara juntamente com a farinha. Misture tudo (a\u00e7\u00facar, ovos, farinha, am\u00eandoa e chila).<\/p>\n<p>Deite na forma o preparado e leve a cozer no forno a 160\u00ba sem banho maria durante cerca de 45 minutos. Verifique que esteja pronto antes de o retirar.
